Swift 18. Trailer Sailer, Very Clean. 4 Berth

The Swift 18 is a popular UK family trailer sailer. Maggie May comes on a good road trailer is ready to tow away and sail. Swifts draw 9" of water with the keel up and are therefore very easy to launch and recover. With the keel down their draft is 3' 6". Maggie May has a reefable main and roller reefed jib.
She does not come with a spinnaker, but Swift 18's are designed to take a spinnaker. She has instruments and a vhf radio, as shown in the images. Extra's include fenders, boat hook, etc all running and standing rigging. The rigging is lead back to the cockpit for single handed sailing. Some 200–300 boats were made, most of which remain in the UK. The Swift 18 has four full-length berths, a sink, a cooker and room for a portable toilet. With sitting headroom it is a comfortable weekend cruiser for a small family.
