Taskforce 18 Fishing Boat Project

Task Force 18 project: This is a rough shod, rough painted workboat on a well worn unbraked trailer. No engine however the engine controls are all intact on the boat to fit a Yamaha outboard. I had intended working on the boat this year ready for launching in April but have no time just now due to work commitments. The trailer has been used for launching and is in need of either refurbishment or replacement. The jockey wheel is missing however the strut can be used for raising the towbar for hitching to a tow vehicle.

Nav lights and fixed VHF radio fitted, plus a fish finder, the wiring all needs redoing though. Anchor, rope and chain in the forward locker. There is a small crack in one of the Perspex windows however the rubbers are all good having been replaced recently. Battery, fuel tank, 2 x bilge pumps, hand pump all fitted. This would be an excellent project for somebody looking for a very stable fishing platform.

I have used the boat for fishing and had a couple of creels as well. Just needs a decent paint / antifoul and an outboard of your choice. Located in Stromness, Orkney. Delivery to the mainland available by separate negotiation. Any questions please ask.
