Teal 22ft Motor Cruiser River/canal Boat

We are selling our Teal 22 after having her for 10 years, we have done many things to her to improve comfort , we have removed all LPG gas for safety and making a river licence easier to obtain. The seating inside and out has all be refurbed - never used, new carpets and flooring to stern cockpit, there is a captains seat and footrest to the helm . The overall boat is in good clean condition, as seen on pics.The driveleg has had a new gaiter fitted and new bearings and oil seals, along with new bilge pump, leisure battery, The cabin has a two single bunks and with the insert then makes a very large bed to take 2/3 people/children, there is a further breakfast area with table which drops down to form another bunk if needed.The cooker has been removed to take a coolbox and has a power socket for such. The sink was also removed but we still have if needed.The WC cubicle serves also as a storage area, the boat is almost ready for launching , just a few silly tidy up jobs to finish but will make a great fun boat , we had it moored originally in the Bristol Harbourside which was great for stay overs to enjoy the city life.
