Teal River Cabin Cruiser 22 Foot Day Boat - Daisy Ellen

This auction is for my much loved family boat 'Daisy Ellen' which is for sale due to recent bereavement. She is a 22 foot Teal cruiser built circa. 1980 as an inshore fishing boat, so a good strong hull. My parents bought her in 2009. My Dad is retired so she has had lots of TLC over the years so is in good condition.
She had a new canopy in 2010. There is a Toilet area with portable toilet. Single ring portable gas cooker. Sleeps 2 adults easily can sleep 4 adults at a push but probably good for 2 adults and 2 children. My parents slept on her a few times.
The sitting area is spacious and can seat 6, plus 2 seats at the helm. She has a Tohatsu 20hp 4 stroke longshaft outboard engine which is very economical. Engine was new in 2019 and has just been serviced by Steve Bull. All paperwork to support. Remote set up so steers from the helm.
SBS trailer which is approx £4,000 to buy in excellent condition. Current boat safety certificate with long expiry date - think another 2 years but tbc. 'Daisy Ellen' has given many hours of pleasure taking family and friends out on the Fosse and Witham from Lincoln and is ready to do many more for a new owner. Please note: The boat is out of the water on the trailer now so ready to tow away - buyer collects from Branston near Lincoln - sorry but we can not deliver. This auction is for the full outfit so boat, outboard and trailer.
