Unfinished Project Boat 18FT Scorpio Craft

Scorpio Craft 18ft. I bought the boat about a year ago with the intention of finishing the work that had been started by the previous owner. Interior work needs finishing and floor in rear cabin. Has had much of the woodwork already done and some very nice stainless steel work has been done. New fire escape window fitted.
Canopy only 5 yrs old. Has auxiliary outboard bracket fitted. Boat needs anti-fouling (anti-foul included in price) Has LED nav. Lights fitted but not wired in. Steering system smooth and tight.
Braked trailer included complete with spare wheel, winch and new lightboard. Parsun15hp 4 stroke (basically Yamaha) electric/manual start engine long shaft. Engine In excellent working order. Set up in tank so can be seen running by appointment. Controls, fuel tank, battery all installed and working as they should.
Also included in the sale 4 brand new seats, 2 new fenders, outboard cover, CD radio, 2 new speakers, quantity of childrens' lifejackets. Basically an easy boat to finish off.
