Versatility 25 Motor Boat

This is a reluntant sale of our lovely little Versatility 25 aka Tilly. We have recently purchased a narrow boat and don't want to keep two boats going. She is 25 feet long, 9 feet wide with a 3 foot draught.She has a 63hp Thornicroft engine, good for rivers and canals alike as she has a bit of power. The cabin has recently been fibre glasses and is ready for painting. The rear cabin needs some finishing, great for putting your own stamp on, and has storage area under the bed base too.Included are the seat cushions, which were purchased by the owner for just over £1000 just before we bought it 2 years ago, and we've only used them twice!

She has some beautiful teak on the toe rails and fore deck which looks fabulous. She has a lovely shape to her and we always get compliments when we're out on the water.She has a kitchen area with sink, cooker Inc grill/oven and two burners, though the grill needs some attention. There is a small wall cupboard above the kitchen area and a unit to enclose your t.v. There's plenty of locker / storage space in the main cabin.The mooring is paid up until the end of May so that will give you time to make your own arrangements. Feel free to ask any questions.

As we aren't based in Leeds we can only arrange viewing on Sun Mon (all day) or Tue morning prior to listing end. Tilly is advertised elsewhere so listing may be ended early.
