Viking 20 Motor Cruiser Cabin Cruiser

Viking 20 cabin cruiser. Soul Mates II has been in the family for a decade or more. I bought it from my parents when they upgraded to a Viking 24, and these days we tend to go out on that boat together, so this doesn’t get used. The boat has failed its recent boat safety certificate evaluation, so there is a small amount of work to do before it can be retested. It requires a hole drilling through the hull from the gas locker for venting purposes.
I can send the full report at request. So, the new owner needs to give it a little TLC and spent some time on it as I don’t have the time myself. Time for it to go to a loving home/berth for someone else to get some use out of it. The boat is currently moored at Wootens Boatyard near Marlow, Bucks. I live very close so if you wish to inspect the boat this won’t be a problem.
The hull was last antifouled a couple of years ago, the motor (Honda 15hp) was serviced at this point too, and has not been used since - Other than letting the engine idle-over every few months or so. It’s running fine and starts first time. I'll add some interior photos soon / available at request
