Viking 23 Motor Cruiser

Welcome to the sale of this lovely well maintained and cared for Viking 23 Narrowbeam motor cruiser, with its classic design. Anyone who knows theses boats will know how well built they are. She is just the thing to cruise the canals or places like the Rivers Thames....which is only 2 days sailing from where the boat is based in Newbury ( currently in a marina, but will have to be moved to make way for a new boat) She has recently had a brand new state of the art Suzuki 4 stroke lean burn 15 hpengine and throttle controls fitted at a cost of nearly £3000.00. Her hull is in great condition as is the interior of the boat , its water tight everywhere.We have converted her in our ownership for long term cruising, we recently spent two weeks on the Thames. She has two fuel tanks , two water tanks , a newly fitted 100w Solar panel and extra leisure battery at a cost of nearly £1000 .

From the rear of the boat you have a large seating area and the captains seat and the gas bottle storage , entering the cabin you have the galley ( kitchen) to the right with oven , two ring hob , grill and sink with the hot water boiler ( which also serves the shower ) The hot water boiler was recently upgraded to a new system and the water is piping hot. In this unit is a big cupboard for storage. A recent gas safety check was undertaken....so all is safeOn the left is the bathroom ( heads) in the is a portopotty ( this wont be included) and a shower unit...there is a vented window . Pussycat is classed as a 4/5 berth The beauty of Pussycat is that she is light and airy, with an open plan and full height main cabin ....with no bending over...unless your over 6' 2!. There is absolutely tons and tons of storage under the comfy beds and v bed to the front.

There is a 12 volt supply in the cabin and on the deck, but you can convert this to mains by buying a simple 'Invertor' from Maplins as I have for £39.
