Viking 23 Narrow Beam

I have changed most bits over a few years. Shower and galley taps. Water tank and pump. 2 new 110 amp batteries and boxes. New steering cable.
New ropes. Buoys ,cleats, Fender eyes, engine serviced, seat cushions was half recovered by previous owner but sadly got cancer so never got finished .canopy is ok but could do with replacing soon.2 gas bottles, 2 petrol tanks, lots of spare parts. 2 Anchors, Boat safety certificate till 28 Oct 2023, oven,grill,2 hobs,water heater serviced, shower,chemical toilet with loads of chemicals. Boat is ready to use everything working. Moored at staines near Thorpe park ideal.
Location Hampton Court one way Windsor Castle the other way. Mooring is only £250 a quarter and can probably be taken over if needed.
