Vivacity 20ft Sailing Yacht With Good Outboard And Good Trailer

Good boat trailer with an almost unused Mercury 5hp outboard that come with an old and tired (but almost sailable) yacht - Vivacity 20ft. I have just had her lifted out and pressure washed and put on a trailer ready to sell.
I last sailed her three years ago. She has since sat on a mooring unused and has deteriorated, as can be seen. But, she is sailable with some tidying up and minor repairs. Note that the interior is pretty horrible. You'll want to replace the cushions and curtains.
But, to be clear - I am selling this boat as a fairly minor project. Any buyer should be aware that she will need some work and TLC before being ready for sailing again. There is a full set of sails, but they're old and they should probably be replaced. Mast and rigging fine. The mast was up until a few days ago and I used the Vivacity's very efficient method for dropping it - took about 10 mins.
This is a boat that could be trailer sailed if needed. But certainly it's useful being able to drop the mast easily and safely. It just drops back on a fulcrum tabernacle once the locking one is removed. The trailer cost about £1k a couple of years ago. Runs fine.
Lightboard doesn't work - not sure why. The outboard cost £1k about 4 years ago. It was hardly used. But hasn't been started in three years, so will need a service. This boat is ready to be towed away.
But, you will need to strap it down securely and bring a lightboard with a nice long cable. There is no option to leave the boat in place. You will need to be prepared to collect the boat fairly rapidly after you win. Thank you for looking! Good bargain here!
