Dear Sir, Where is St Albans Hertfordshire? Excuse me, that was a joke, my question is: What material the boat is made of PVC or Hypalon? I ask you because PVC is often tired after , say, 12 years or so. If the boat is still available, I don't come often to England, but if I do I'll pass not far from St Albans Hertfordshire.
