Hull no. 2439 almost last to be built out of fleet of 2444 in 1980 Yacht MaBrook (meaning congratulations) LOA 7.9m/26’0” LWL 6.48m/21’44” Beam 2.62m/8’5” Draft 0.91m/3’0” Keel bilge Displacement 2800lbs Construction GRP hull deck and superstructure. Iron bilge keels. Skeg mounted rudder with tiller steering.

Engine and electrics Replacement new Yanmar 3YM20 engine fitted end of 2002. Fixed 3 blade propellor with rope cutter. New engine and domestic batteries 2018. Shore power with cable. Navigation and safety Plastimo Contest steering compass.

Autohelm 1000 tiller pilot. Standard Horizon GX1500E VHF radio. Standard Horizon CP180i chart plotter. Clipper Duet echo and log new in 2015. Mast top mounted windvane.

Deck level Navigation lights. Tricolour and mast top anchor light. Manual bilge pump. Horse shoe life belt. Distress flares new 2016.

Spars and rigging Proctor aluminium heavy duty mast. Slab reefing mainsail. Rotostay roller furling genoa. Whisker pole in anodised aluminium. 2 cockpit and one mast winch all serviced in 2018.

Standing and running rigging replaced in 2015. Deck equipment Danforth anchor with chain and warp. Plough anchor with chain and warp. Warps and fenders. Mainsail cover, spray hood and dodgers.

Stainless steel transom mounted boarding ladder. Boat hook. Anchor ball and motoring cone. Accommodation 6 berths in 2 cabins. Headroom 6’0”.

Separate heads with Jabsco sea toilet and anti siphon valves (pipe work replaced (2017). Cool box. Stainless steel gas cooker with 2 burner hob and grill. Gas bottle in self contained steel locker. Stainless sink with potable water foot operated tap.

Upholstery and headlining replaced in 2003. Moving on to a larger yacht so reluctantly selling. Currently lying on the Hamble but will shortly be brought ashore in Gosport for the winter.
