The reason for the boat being a project is she recently had a broken con-rod in the engine which means she'll need a replacement engine, however, the rest of the boat is in fantastic condition and has been lovingly maintained by her previous owner. The boat was recently up for sale for £7000 before the engine troubles. With a new engine installed, the boat will be back to being worth we estimate at about £6000-£7000.

The reason we have taken ownership of the boat is the former owner didn't want to pay out for a new engine for a boat which he was trying to sell. Her bilge keels mean you have flexibility which mooring she is on (Deep Water/Dry). Her current engine has not been removed and is included with the boat. We have not seen the boat out of the water, however her previous owner did inform us that there was some osmosis in the hull, but this is expected with boats this age.
