Condition Description: 
Sailed her from Whitehaven to Maryport a year ago without any problems. Due to covid it has been impossible for me to clean or properly maintain her and at this point it is better to let her go to someone who can. Needs a good clean/varnish and attention here or there but ready to sail and a great family boat. The main sail COVER and little dodgers are not in great condition. The sails and boat in general is in a pretty good condition. You may want to also look at replacing some of the lines as they are pretty dirty.

Please do not bid if you don’t wish to own a boat. 5 berth (realistically 4) Westerly Cirrus 22. 2 ring with grill gas cooker. Sink with electric fresh water pump (100 litre stainless steel tank). Cool box.Separate heads with recently serviced Jabsco sea toilet. Hanging locker. Lots of storage. Full 6 foot headroom in saloon. Yanmar 10 diesel fitted in 2003 with very few hours running since.2 new batteries. Rotastay furling headsail and slab reefed mainsail. 3 Lewmar winches. 1 electric 1 manual bilge pump. Anchor and chain. VHF.Depth sounder. Speed instrument. Compass. 4 person Seago life raft (2012). 4 life jackets. Various spare warps, fenders, sails, tools etc.Good solid boat. Very reliable. Sails nicely. I bought her just over a year ago, sailed her from Whitehaven to Maryport without any problems, and then covid hit. It has been impossible for me to clean, enjoy or maintain her properly due to the restrictions and at this point it is better to reluctantly let her go to someone who can make proper use of her and look after her.Needs a good clean and a little attention here and there but ready to sail. Lots of bills, manuals, history. Very reluctant sale but will make a great family boat. Berthed in Maryport Marina, which I must say is a great little Marina.
