Westerly Longbow Sailing Yacht

Rosalita is a comfortable, roomy, well built yacht. I have owned her for 10 years and sailed around the coast and rivers of Essex and Suffolk. She will sleep 4/5 in two cabins. There is a lavac sea toilet fitted and a Plastimo Atlantic two burner, grill and oven. Tiller steering makes the boat easy to handle and gives lots of room in the cockpit, especially in port when the tiller can be raised out of the way.

The engine is a3cylinder 28hp diesel which will push along at 6/7 knots. The sails are used but serviceable, roller reefing on both jib and main. The old hank on jib is included in the sale as are engine spares - filters, impellers and alternator belt.As previously mentioned there are some areas of blemishes and pitting on the deck and topsides, these are not uncommon on a yacht of this age and do not affect the structural integrity of the vessel.Below the waterline she appears to have had some type of epoxy treatment at some point, there is a grey/brown layer between the antifoul and the gel coat, the gel is in good condition.
