Wide Beam Barge

Welcome to our advert for our 60 x 12 Wide Beam build by JWB in 2015. We have been building this boat from new for five years. All the woodwork is solid 18 mm oak, walls, gunnels, and ceilings. All oak has been Osmo waxed, no varnish anywhere. £20000 kitchen to include, integrated washer/drier, fridge and separate freezer, oven, microwave, and induction hob.

Solar panels travel pack giving 240 v power. Travetine tiles, solid granite work tops, tiled kitchen floor in travetine coloured porcelain. Black UPVC bronzed glass, DG tilt & turn windows & French doors. Black composite decking used on front deck, and enough left to do rear. 15mm laminated glass skylights.

Fully tiled and fitted shower room, flushing toilet, everything is new & unused. Fresh water tank,Black water tank and all pumps. Webasto heating and chrome Rads, black towel rail. Bottom blacked in 2pac resin, 200 litre diesel tank, powered sheering, fitted out by Mallard Joinery. Brand new Beta Marine 72hp engine (supplied by Beta Marine), and 4-blade custom Prop.

Now has about 40 hours. All engine room fit-out by, Dave Ormrod Engineer and owner of Bronte Boats. Fully spray foam insulated, then fully kingspan insulated over the spray foam, then every joint foil sealed. All lighting is LED. Boat is about 80% finished.

Work and move abroad forces reluctant sale. This will be a stunning boat, spent over £200000 building her. 36-way custom fuse board, 3x 220 amp HR leisure batteries. Everything on her is the best you can buy. About 20% work needed to finish fit-out, and does need exterior painting.
