Widebeam Liveaboard Houseboat (Ex Rental Carabean Cruiser)

I am selling my beloved boat, as my circumstances have changed. The boat is spacious -approx 312.2sqf usable space internally (1 bedroom + living room). All is in solid timber. It is a great boat that has been refurbished by an architect. The interior is cosy and has modern feel.
