Wrought Iron Pilot Boat (Lady Anne)

Only selling due to completion of new boat thats more appropriate for my current needs. Lady anne was produced in 1933, she was originally a steam boat. I bought her in 1994 and restored her. Work included- engine changed, over plating, new mahogony deck, solar and stove fitted. She needs restoring again- the deck from the wheel house back needs replacing, the front deck could do with some attention, there are a few patches of welding needed, please see images of areas for detail.
The stove and poly solar panel are included along with a 5kw inverter, all of which were in good working order when i was using them. She weighs about 12.5 tonne. And is still on hard standing. Could potentially be moved with a lorry.
