Welcome to the sale of my Yamaha GP800R Waverunner 2003. I will list all the essential information below for ease of reading. What I will say prior to this, is I have owned this ski over a year and in a season I have put over 40 hours on it and I havnt had any issues. It has been well maintained by me with a folder full of receipts. It has been garaged by me and flushed after every use.
I compression test it every so often and its till 130psi both cylinders indicating the engine is still tight as the stock figures for these is around 120psi usually. 1) Full engine rebuild including crank at 163 hours [Receipts for all work present]2) Currently 246 hours on clock but will rise as still using it [only just over 80 hours of use since it has had a new engine]3) Wave eater clips installed due to known powervalve issue4) Converted to pre-mix due to know oil line dropping problem and ran at 32:1 on Castol Racing 2T Fully Synthetic Oil which exceeds the yamalube gradings and is £13 a litre! 5) Carbs rebuilt at 203 hours and cleaned Jan 2017 at 243 hours6) Solas Impeller - leading edges cleaned up November 20167) New drivershaft and intermediate shaft replaced at 234 hours8) On roller trailer and both hubs and bearings recently replaced It has its minor blemishes and minor scratches underneath on the hull etc as to be expected of a 14 year old ski, however, I would say this ski is in overall GOOD condition and has been looked after with no expense spared. Please drop me a message for my contact details if you are a serious classifieds boarder and please no offers. I am not in a rush to sell it and the reason for sale is I am now looking to buy my first supercharged SHVO Yamaha 4 stroke.
Regards and thanks for looking,Jamie
