Orkney day angler 19+Length 5.4 metersBeam 2.29 metersHeadroom 1.94 meters2x single berths A1997 Orkney fishing boat in great condition currently moored at Amble Marina close to Alnwick Northumberland coast with an unshared mooring with a yearly storage fee of £1400 where they happily let you work or even sleep on the boat if required.The main engine is a Mariner four stroke petrol 995cc 60hp with electric start and power tilt and trim. This engine has been well maintained by me and its previous owners. I’m not sure of its total running hours but I have only used it for 20 hours in the last two years I’ve owned it. The auxiliary engine was purchased new in 2016 and is in mint condition and checked regularly. There are two recently new heavy duty batteries on the 12 volt system charged by the engine and an added solar charging system.There was a Hydrodrive hydraulic steering system fitted new last year and makes steering much more manageable.Fitted with a Garmin 400/500 GPS and position plotter plus fish finder with speed and depth indication.

Included are life jackets fish storage container, fenders,boat hook and bilge pump. Anti fouling was carried out two years ago before I bought it but if it needs doing in the future the marina can haul out the boat and put it on stands for you. Amble is a fishing port popular with tourists and is close to Alnwick on the north east coast where the river Coquet runs into the sea. It has some great shops,pubs, restaurants, and regular markets and activities. Next to beautiful beaches the marina is an active environment and a mooring here rarely become available and is used by sailing vessels and motor launches from around the world.
