Regal Ambassador 233xl Power Boat Cruiser Small Project

I'm listing this with a heavy heart,and am genuinely gutted.I brought this boat as a wreck I have worked on her for 8mths every weekend I have compley wet sanded and repolised the hull spent 100+hours on her she's had all new decals . And only just been antifouledI then replaced the motor with a 2008 Mercruiser 5.0 with only 81hrs, she has also had a 2nd hand gimble housing 2008 a brand new alpha 1 top half of leg just had the bellows replaced aswell.Brand new tilt and trim pump ,new fuel filler hose and breather pipe .She has been completely rewired,with new switch pannels etc new throttle and gear cables new control new fuel sender unit ,new stereo and speakers (sound great).The cockpit area is all brand new ,all the side panels and seat bases have just been re made and all the interior recovered in grey and blue and looks stunning all the teak has been sanded and oiled she has also just had both seacocks replaced,new beilge pump ,new windows on the camping cover .The cabin is nice but was next on my list have the seats retrimed to match the ones outside she has a fixed double bed at the rear and the front seating area turns into another double bed.She has a toilet sink and shower and a kitchen area .Onboard hot water etc.The boat is rated to carry 12 persons Basically I have totally refurbished this boat and replaced everything that needed and have spent thousands.. now here's the crappy bit ,we launched her today for the first time and all was great but there is a little crack in the engine block and it's weaping water ,I have spoke to the marine engineer and it could be welded or would need a new block.I have spent an absolute fortune on this boat and I just can't spend anymore so I'm having to sell her.I'm open to a deal for a sports cuddy or speed boat (classifieds board rules ).She is all polished and in the pics the floor is dirty but we have scince cleaned it and it's nice and white again.She has no trailer but could be lifted onto yours by the boatyard staff Any questions please ask and I'm happy for any viewings she's a cracking looking boat and I'm gutted .
