I’ve decided to sell my boat. It’s a rinker festiva 202. Approximately 19 foot with a cuddy. This is a totally genuine advert selling a boat which I’ve lost the love for. I’ve spent a few quid on things that I wanted for the rebuild which are included in the sale.
Will be a fantastic boat for someone who’s got different wants and needs from myself. Pulled it out of the water as a lockdown project in 2020 because the floor was soft I’ve replaced the floor with marine ply and fibreglass. That’s as far as I got but I’m not feeling the love anymore. I’ve since purchased a caravan and 2 bulldogs so it has to go. Taking up space in my drive/garden which I could do with freeing up.
Bought in 2015 with a 4.3 mercruiser v6 which turned out to be a duffer. I own a garage so decided to convert to a fast diesel. Went to Wales and bought a bmw 325tds with 90,00 miles on it for the engine and loom. I spent fortunes and lots of time doing a conversion. Removed the cow horn exhaust and got a custom...Read more »

Removed the cow horn exhaust and got a custom made stainless one made with one way flaps.
Sent the bmw flywheel away to be machined to accept the mercruiser drive coupling. Alpha one, gen 2. Bought a swimming pool heat exchanger from London to convert to a salt water heat exchanger as a turbo cooler which works amazing. My friend owns a stainless exhaust company so got all the fresh and salt water pipes custom made. Attached to blue silicone hoses which weren’t cheap.
I’ve now bought new bellows, impeller, wiring which I was intending to fit but I’ve given up. I’ll throw in everything I’ve purchased and think I wanted to fit. Probably got loads more bits which I can’t think of at the moment. I got new windows put in canopy in 2017. Needs time but not much money spent.
I’ve already spent the money on parts which are included. Someone with the buzz and want could have this in the water , minted, within a month. Interior is in good condition, but removed. I’ve bought new flooring which is included in the sale. From the engine backwards it’s still mercruiser alpha one gen 2 drive gear.
I’ve got a spare leg which is included. Trim/tilt is all working. Have 2 propellers which one is great for water skiing acceleration and other better for cruising. Sits at 20 knots all day quite happily. Also have spare heat exchanger which I’ll give away to.
Sorry to see this go but lifestyle has changed. No idiotic offers or you’ll get blanked. 4K will take it. Thanks 🙏. New leisure battery fitted.
Fires up easily and can be seen running.
