Rinker 270 year 2000 engine hours 328 stern drive bravo 3 mercruiser 5.7 category B rated cruiser The boat is moored in Santa Carles on an MDL marina Spain on a pontoon birth with water, electric, wifi included in the fees of 1650 euros per year ( About £120 per month )The marina has everything you require for holidaying weekends etc away swimming pool, club house, restaurant, showers, toilets and laundry its about 50 mins from castillion or Reus airports and located between Barcelona and Valencia we have had the boat here for 3 years and treat it like a small apartment without the extra expenses of owning an apartment. The Boat is comfortable and has all you require for preparing meals and drinks, microwave, electric hob, hot and cold water, fridge, kettle toaster etc grey water toilet which is free to have pumped out at the marina There are 2 sleeping areas one to the rear (stern) and one to the front ( Bow) which can be turned into a dining area the outside also has seating and again dining area. The boat has just been anti fouled, the camper cover in the picture is no longer serviceable but comes with low level cover. Obviously the boat is in Spain and any expenses involved will be reimbursed if you proceed with the purchase at an agreed price I can arrange sea trial and inspection given notice with a local pilot if i'm unable to travel to Spain.
