2002 Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee 'Lady Norma' Hello and welcome to a private listing for my 2002 Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee. This Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee is an ideal family sports cruiser. Her cockpit is great for socialising with lots of seating and a wet bar. She comfortably sleeps four with a double berth and convertable dinette. The hood has been replaced approximately 2 years ago, and comes with blackout canopy covers.

The Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee offers a great entertaining and relaxing area, making really good use of the space for a 27ft sports cruiser. The hull is in a very nice condition, with no scrapes or crazing. The hull has also had the benefit of being antifouled 3 months ago, and a complete polish. 'Lady Norma' is a very good looking family sports cruiser with a radar arch, and has been well maintained regardless of cost. Extended swim platform, hot and cold water system, transom shower, fresh water and toilet holding tanks.

The engine is a Mercruiser 350 MPI V8 with very low hours (300 hours approx) which delivers around 30kts at WOT, and 26kts at cruising speed. The engine also offers very good fuel economy, and has been recently serviced which included the engine oil/filter and coolant being replaced. The outdrive leg is a Mercruiser Bravo 3 which was completely overhauled and reconditioned by PowerMarine in 2012. The outdrive also has the benefit of having duo props fitted. The galley consists of a sink, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, single electric/alcohol hob and in the front cabin there is a comfortable dinette area that will seat up to six people comfortably.

The aft cabin comprises of a large double berth sleeping area, storage locker and reading lights. The bathroom has a sea toilet with holding tank, having a new lock flush system fitted 4 months ago. There is also a shower and sink and an opening port located in the bathroom.The inventory also consists of an engine calorifier which supplies hot water, Garmin GPS, trickle battery charger, boarding ladder, shower on transom (hot and cold), warps and fenders (with 4 x fender baskets), anchor and chain and electric windlass. There is also a Kenwood CD/Radio, Kenwood amplifier and speakers. There are also a number of safety features on board such as 2 x electric bilge pumps, and also a manual pump, fire extinguishers, and stainless steel searchlight fitted to the bow.Overall this Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee is a very good example of a popular sports cruiser, and will offer much enjoyment for anybody who purchases her.
