This Seadoo Sportster 150, is probably the best one available in the UK. One owner from new has lovingly maintained it but now with the kids grown up it’s time to move it on to the next adrenaline junkies…! It has a very powerful 155hp, 1500cc Rotax inboard engine and as it is a Jet Drive, it is totally safe with no moving parts under the water. You can tow up to two wake boarders at the same time, swim off it, fish off it, picnic off it, sunbathe on it or just rag it around at nearly 50 mph; it’ll bring a smile to the faces of the whole family. The wakeboard tower is the original spec rather than one of the ugly bolt-on, retro-fit ones that you normally see on these and it has a full Hydro-Turf set for comfort and anti-slip flooring which is especially good in bare feet.
There is a detachable 'Bimini' sun shade, plenty of storage for skis, anchor, paddles, tow ropes etc.. and there is a Kenwood CD player/FM Radio and original full Seadoo weather cover too. We have had it from new and it has always been lovingly maintained. It is rinsed with fresh water after every use and kept serviced (winter and summer) by Jake Forward at Jet-Ski 24/7 in Poole, Dorset. It is virtually unmarked and has never even touched the bottom. It sits on a replacement SBS 1000B, full European spec, braked trailer so it’s properly street legal, unlike the original Seadoo trailers.
There is a trailer board included and it has full running lights as per current regs, so great for trailing to different slipways throughout the UK and Europe. There is a hitchlock, handbrake and winch, along with independent spring suspension and mudguards. If you want any further info just drop me an email and a test drive may also be possible; subject to weather and tide of course. It’s the complete package for the summer to come so be confident that this is the one that you have been waiting for. STOP PRESS UPDATE: As several people have asked various questions I thought it a good idea to add some extra info.
It was fully serviced just a couple of weeks ago when it came out of winter storage. Even after a six month layoff it started first time so the reliability is well proven. The engine has 176 hours on it which is very low 'mileage' as supported by its condition. The trailer still has a warranty on it and is about £2k's worth on its own. It came direct from SBS in Wolverhampton and it is worth repeating that the original Seadoo trailers ( from 'Karavan' in the USA) are not street legal in the UK as they are not braked; which this one is of course.
Any other questions just drop me a message. Several people have been to see it already so if you would like to look it over just let me know.
