For Sale: 2011 Seadoo Rxt X 260 Rs Jet Ski – Red/black – With Warranty

For sale is my 2011 Seadoo RXT X 260 RS Jet Ski. I have only owned the ski since December 2020, however due to the current pandemic, I am sadly having to sell without being able to enjoy it for a season, in order to raise some funds during lockdown. This is one of a few ‘toys’ which have had to be sold and this is very much a reluctant sale that I really did not want to have to do. The ski is beautifully presented in Red & Black, with the body work in fantastic condition. The ski starts on the button as it should and runs great, pulls as it should and reaches 70mph comfortably.

The ski has 170hrs and has been regularly maintained/serviced by the renowned Jet Ski Hub in Poole, Dorset, with some paperwork/service records to support this. Flushed & lubricated after every use, the owner of the Jet Ski Hub vouches for the ski completely, I reached out to him before making the purchase myself. The ski comes with the factory fitted extras of front storage box and water-ski/wakeboard pole. The previous owner took out an extended warranty on the ski which is valid until October 2021, with www.boatsandyachtswarranty.com and can be transferred across to the new owner if requested, at the expense of the new owner which is approximately £60 to transfer. The ski comes with both Seadoo keys, the green ‘trainer’ key which limits the power and the yellow ‘Master’ key which gives you full power.

The ski comes with the original Seadoo cover in great condition too. The trailer is included within the sale and is an SBS roller trailer. I will also include a wheel clamp and cable lock for the ski/trailer. As pictured, the stitching between the drivers and passenger seat has started to come apart slightly, I am informed that this is fairly common with this model and this happened prior to the previous owner acquiring the ski, it doesn’t affect the seat and hasn’t bothered me so hasn’t been touched. One of the rear roller wheels on the trailer has came off also, does not effect the use of the trailer but is worth noting as part of the sale.

This really is a reluctant sale, I really do not want to let go of the ski, nor do my wife and children as we were looking forward to another year on the water, but it is very much a case of ‘needs, must’ with business being affected due to the ongoing lockdown measures.
