Boat

Hi this is my searay 268 sundance 28.3 length 8.6 beam it glass fibre in good condition in and out in cockpit area is one long seat and two seats at back all clocks work have new steering cable for it .the canopy is two years old in very good condition all zips off .have all electrics for engine bay have two 12v leisure batteries for it has fuel tank but no water tank in side it has two bedrooms one forward and one aft doubles. Toilet room with sink and a portable flushing toilet never been used kitchen area has a sink and a two gas hop rings and a grill and a fridge and cupboard under sink .has room for four people to sit down it has mains electric and sockets a converter to 240 a electric panel more cupboard space everywhere. But has no engines all stendrive for it . So it waiting for engines or u can have it for a house boat. Byer must remove from site or have a word with the harbour to keep it there .it has a mooring but u have to pay a monthly or a yearly fee for it thanks
