Grab yourself a bargain (NO RESERVE) and create some fantastic memories. We are selling our much loved speed boat that we have owned since Easter 2015 (4 years). It has given us countless pleasurable days and has been a real joy. We have always had any work done as and when required and have receipts to prove this. We are only selling due to our expanding family (5 kids) and we just need a bigger boat.

The boat itself: This is a 2000 Sea Ray 180 Bow Rider with the legendary, reliable 135bhp 3.0 Litre Mercruiser inboard petrol engine (rebuilt in Aug 2016). More than enough power to pull 17 stone wake-boarders, skiers or inflatable toys (4 seater sofa with adults on it). It has blue carpet (fitted 2015) with cream seats. Some of the seats are showing signs of wear, particularly the captains seat shown in photos. There is a large ski locker and all of the floors are in very good condition There is more storage in the bow area under the seats.

Covers are also included in the form of day covers and a winter cover. The boat benefits from a sound system although the head unit appears to be not working; I think the amps have got wet over time (this was new in 2015) and have now failed. This wouldn’t be expensive to replace and add speakers. As we are selling, the 2019 service hasn’t been done yet and would be the responsibility of the buyer, I can give tips on what needs to be done and there are a lot of videos on You Tube if you fancy doing this yourself. We winterise the boat every year and store it away in our family barn.

The boat runs well; we have just installed a new starter motor. The boat has covered 463 hours. Key work done: New water pump - 2015 Engine rebuild 2016 Carb rebuild – 2016 Power steering oil cooler replaced – 2017 Power steering and alternator belts replaced – 2018 (spare set included) Serviced and winterised every year The trailer: The trailer has just had complete new suspension arms, hubs and brake units, these include sealed bearings (a must to prolong the life when launching and recovering) You will also have peace of mind that the trailer is roadworthy and won’t give any problems over long distances.
