In April 2020 the bilge pump failed and she took on water in the lower part of the engine. This was pumped out and the engine started and ran. Unfortunately due to lockdown she was then left standing and unused and the engine cannot now be started. The starter motor has been lifted and the engine can be turned, it is not seized on the fly wheel. The oil has been checked and contains no water.
Will require investigation to establish the problem with the engine. Will require a new boat safety certificate. In the main cabin the headliners have become wet and are damaged with mould. They will need completely stripping and replacing. All the original covers, cushions and furnishings are in good condition, having been removed from the boat and stored indoors so are undamaged.
Photographs show cabin in original condition and in current condition with damaged headliners. The heads and kitchen areas are in good condition. The boat is currently sitting on a private mooring in Shepperton close to the Walton bridge. She will need removing from the berth by the purchaser on sale. No warranty is given or implied. Sold as seen. Payment: Cash on collection.
