Sea Ray 270DA Sundancer Sports Cruiser 1991

FOR SALE IS OUR 1991 SEA RAY 270DA SUNDANCER SPORTS CRUISER We bought her in October 2021 and she was taken out and stored on land for 5 months while we worked on her. She was re-launched in May 2022 and now lays in Brixham Marina. She was purchased following a satisfactory survey and all necessary recommendations were carried out whilst she was on dry land. The only reason we are selling her is because we have made the decision to buy something which we can live on and she is not really suitable for that lifestyle; it was something we have only really thought about since she has been back in the marina and we have had the pleasure of staying aboard at weekends. So, despite all our hard work and money spent, we need to sell her to realise our dream.
She is a lovely boat with 2 cabins to sleep up to 6 people. The curtains for the forward cabin are available but not fitted. They have been laundered and will be included in the sale; we just never used them. There is plenty of storage space, which Sea Ray are renowned for. The sea trial was carried out by the surveyor in September 2021 when she was lifted out and taken to Torquay to be surveyed; the engines run beautifully and she is an an absolute pleasure to drive.
The survey is available to view to serious buyers. We are not interested in time wasters or silly offers. This is a lot of boat for the money, especially considering all the items above which have been replaced. No time wasters.
Viewings are welcome for serious buyers only, however, we will not take her out although we are happy to run the engines whilst she is in the berth. Should you require a survey, then all costs associated with that, including lifting out, will be at your expense. We will take you over to Torquay for this to be carried out at which time you can have a sea trial.
