Sea Ray 275 Sundancer

Near perfect condition Sea Ray Sundancer 275, currently moored in Antibes, South of France. I have owned Expresso for 3 years and in that time have spent many great days out enjoying the warm waters of the Med and the fantastic all year round climate. In the winter she is moored in Cap D'ail (Monaco) with close access to the Grand Prix, casino and bars of Monte Carlo. Mooring fees are very reasonable and can be made available to the new owner. Expresso has only 300 hours of engine use, which is minimal for a boat like this, she comes with all round winter covers which makes a very comfortable and warm external saloon even in the coldest months.The internal heating is provided using electric heaters. Summer covers protect the upholstery from the sun. There is a wet bar in the main external open area with great table and seating for 6, we use a Magma gas BBQ (not included) for cooking lunch which is very effective. Internally the condition is unmarked, each porthole has both curtains and fly screens. The carpets have overlay protection.There is a microwave , fridge and cooker in the galley. Good size toilet (vacuum) with holding tank, shower and cabinet. There is a separate cabin below the main deck and the main dining table converts in to a large double bed. There is another shower located next to the swim platform. Boat spec; Trim tabs, VHF radio, GPS, on board computer for speed, depth, water pressure, etc.Also analogue Speed log with rev counter, leg trim, horn and oil pressure. The anchor is lowered a raised by an electric windlass with a separate chain locker. Cheap flights are readily available to Nice and its a short train transfer to the marinas, 3e each. Also onboard is a new tender and electric outboard but many of the beach clubs have their own tender to bring you ashore. Viewing welcome, we will be back in Antibes from mid August (18th to 26th).Expresso is UK SSR registered. In response to numerous questions regarding the mooring and fees, most marinas in South of France have availability during the winter months , Oct 1st to April 30th, we keep the boat in the water (no trailer) near Monaco, this way we can stay on her any time of the year. We chose Cap D'Ail as Monaco stays busy all year as opposed to some of the French villages which can be quieter through the winter. It also gives us access to the ski resorts of Isola 2000 which are 1.5 hrs away. The cost with electricity and use of facilities is approx 140e per month, I already have a mooring booked for winter 21/22 which can be transferred.Each summer we decide which area we want to stay and apply in January for a summer seasonal mooring, many options , including St Tropez, Frejus and Cannes. Summer moorings are approx 390e per month, equivalent of 2 nights in a reasonable hotel. French VAT has been paid. Apologies for not making the bed, these are the only internal photos I can find. There is also 34inch TV onboard which works with Sky Go (wireless VPN) and Netflix.
