Searay 16 Bowrider

We purchased this power boat at the beginning of 2021 and have had some great use of it in the water. Whether anchored off the beach with a BBQ on the sand or great for water skiing. This was a project as we knew it needed quite a lot of work and started with the engine and have spent over £4,000 over the last 18 months. The engine has been completely re-built by Mercruiser Marine engineers. This included new risers, push rods, exhaust manifold, skimmed cylinder head, impeller, internal parts for the carburettor, valve tuning and then a full service at the beginning of this year.
It was fully stripped. The insides of the boat has a few wear and tear marks - but nothing unusual for its age. It could soo with some love and attention over the winter. These early Searay's were solidly built and you can feel this with a very strong thick hull that is almost bullet-proof. Note - the boat comes without a trailer and the outboard motor on the phots (which never worked).
We are reluctantly selling her as we are moving away from the water and don't have anywhere to store her. So, have started this auction at a very low starting price with no reserve. She is currently moored On the Camel estuary near Padstow.
