Powerboat Project Searay 25 Sport Fisher In Anglesey Wales

Hi There here we have my SEARAY 25 imported from florida in the early 80's so vat exempt. In good condition for its age regarding the hull and fittings but the engine and stern gear will need either replacing or rebuilding from a chevy 350 or mercruiser parts as the engine is seized, you could if you wanted replace the inboard with an outboard option if you wished. This all depends on your own ability's or you could ask the yard to help if needed. The boat also comes with the American trailer but this has US hubs and axels which are beyond repair so these and the hitch will need replacing with UK spec axels etc.The trailer is stood on 4 axel stands at the moment to keep it stable.All the wiring is there and the interior is clean it does need the bed cushions recovering and one piece of ply wood cutting to fill the centre section where the space for a chemical toilet goes. There are two sections on the hull which may need a touch of work , the port side has a patch that has been gelcoat repaired before but was covered with a spray which didn't match the ivory gel coat very well so stands out see pic also there is a small scrape on the starboard side where it clipped a pier and removed the gel coat but not the fibre glass also see pic.

Parts missing are the alpha leg (if you where going for the rebuild option) the anchor locker lid and the storage top stainless eyes.The boat has a Bimini top to keep the sun off while steering and there is a large aft deck ideal for fishing or diving or water skiing.The boat is stored ashore at ABC marina Beaumaris on Anglesey and could be kept there once a contract with the marina is signed which there are willing to do or removed at your cost if you wish to work on it elsewhere. The yard have full lifting / FLT kit if you need it and are friendly and helpful If you wish to view the boat before bidding I can be there Sunday 16th if you let me know before or it is possible to have a look outside the boat during shop hours on your own just let the people know in the shop you wish to view it.
