This is our lovely boat that is moored in bray Maidenhead SL6 9JX. This is a 25% share. There will be myself and one more person. The boat is not used enough. So you can enjoy it when ever you want to use it.

You are buying into this so 25% yours. . . It has had a new Honda engine, new boat cover carpet lining and new seat covers . Everything works and ready to enjoy. It comes with a 10 horse power Honda only two year old outboard with electric ignition, comes with fish finder, small kitchen etc.

It has all new carpet and lining done last year . This is kept in a well kept gated mooring in bray very exclusive mooring in a quite locked gated. We have installed a safe box for generator, jet wash and hoover to clean the boat before you take it out. Yearly fees are only 250 per year for your share. . Which include mooring, tax and insurance The mooring is extremely cheap at 700 pounds per year.
