Shetland 498 16ft Fishing Boat 2x Engines Serviced Galv Trailer Superb Out Fit

SHETLAND 498 Hello and welcome to my auction.You are looking at my Shetland 498 16ft leasure boat and made in 1988. What a craft she is with all tags in place and original gel coat top and bottom. So the story is i sold this one 3 years ago and spent the last 3 years at lyme regis before purchasing back as the owner upgraded to a larger craft. Much time effort and money has gone into bringing her back to market once more. BOATThe shetland has had at least 10 hours of gel coat restoring ,both engines were removed ,all plastic glass in polycarbonate not perspex including top screen.

I also removed the boat from trailer and sanded back all the old antifoul and re antifouled in hard impact black,which is as good as it gets and as used on the high speed power boats. TRAILERThe trailer is a fully galvanised indespension roller coaster that has had the bearings replaced,ive also replaced the tyres and replaced every roller from front to back including the 2 centre keel rollers with the nylon type.winch strap also replaced ,marvelous trailer and well balanced when towing. ENGINESMain engine is a Yamaha electric start 30hp long shaft 3 cylinder 2 stroke oil injected.2nd engine is a force 5hp aux. The yamaha has had a full service that included leg off and new impellor,new plugs and a gearbox drain and new gear oil.Runs a treat and pumps water a treat.
