Shetland 535 Fishing / Day Boat / Cabin Cruiser Project With Engine And Trailer

Shetland 535 - Including Trailer and 40hp Outboard EngineUnfinished Project Listing on behalf of my father who is selling the boat due to ill health and therefore, cannot fully complete the project. The boat has been painted on the outside and has had new cabin windows and seals fitted. Comes complete with the trailer as pictured. However, the tyres are perished and would not be able to be towed on this trailer with those tyres. Would either require new wheels / tyres before towing or all collecting on a trailer.
The trailer has not moved for several years, so bearing condition etc is unknown. Also comes with a Evinrude Ski Twin 40 outboard engine, which has electric start. This has not been started for several years but was believed to run. Likely to require a service / check over at least. This has been dry stored while removed from the boat.
The general condition can be seen in the photographs, and the fibreglass seen to be in good condition and solid. Please note that the bow rail photographed inside the boat is not included in this sale. Some of the control cables have been removed from the boat, but will try and locate these prior to sale.
