Description: 

Shetland 536with a 35hp evinrude outboard and a 25 litre external tank. Engine starts and runs great, just had a new propellor which cost £135. I took it out for the day and the steering jammed. I dont have time to fix it and i only used the boat a handful of times due to work/kids etc. A new heavy duty steering cable is around £100The roof hatch needs sorting because it leaks.The boat will come with 7 months deep water mooring at southsea/langstone harbour which cost me £700.
