Shetland 570 Boat, Cabin Cruiser, Motor Launch

Reluctant sale of my Shetland 570 I cannot get outboard started after lay-up so priced as if no engine. Engine was serviced before lay-up and I am sure someone with a little know-how could get it going with little effort. Also, tilt and swivel mechanism needs freeing up now after being laid up for a few years. I was in process of upgrading the electrics but you could get her on the water for daylight sailing in advance of completing the wiring as the engine wiring is independent of the rest of it. The bilge pump can be connected up easily, etc.

The decking has been replaced and is in new condition. Accessories include:Couple of anchors, Fuel tank, Battery, Compass, Nav lights, Navman Fish 4200, fenders, ropes, sea-ladder, land-ladder, large barrel for running engine on land, canopy, seat cushions, etc. Stove is old so I will supply a new replacement. All the kit is included for the electrics upgrade: Control panel and all waterproof switches and fuses ready to fit, including a 12-volt socket for mobile phone charging, etc. Panel is aluminium which was alochromed to prevent corrosion, then painted and finished with a permanent oven-baked label (see pics).

A buss-bar unit is also included with the red and black power leads with terminations for buss-bar and battery. A selection of reels of wire for running supplies to lights, compass, etc. Ring crimps, heat-shrink sleeves, solder sleeves and heat shrink labels are included. The anti-foul coating can be easily removed with a plastic scraper to reveal the original gel coat as can be seen in the main photo. The trailer is a Bramber that has only been used three times and cost over £2000.
