Shetland 69 Cabin Cruiser Boat I spent last summer renovating this great cabin cruiser ready to enjoy with the family this coming summer on the River Severn, but the reality is that we will never find the time due to having too many other hobbies (pony related), hence it's up for sale. It's a Shetland 69 that measures 17 ft 6" long.The hull is of fibreglass construction.The front cabin could sleep 2/3 people and if it's the summer, the rear cabin could also sleep 2.The engines are both 35hp Johnson's and have been fully serviced including the transmission fluids. Both run off separate fuel tanks with integral gauges. There's separate throttles and gear levers for each engine.The seating cushions were all replaced a few years ago.The gas stove is functional and comes with a fire blanket and fire extinguisher.The trailer is all steel construction with new tyres.In the past it was only ever used on the River Severn (fresh water) so much lower corrosion risk Over last year I did the following renovations / repairs:-Replaced all cabin windows and sealsReplaced all awning flexible windowsReplaced the trailer tyresRepainted the forward cabin using the correct spec boat paint.Retreated all the wood with stainReplaced both fuel priming bulbsServiced both engines.Replaced the manual bilge pumpReplaced the trailer jockey wheel assyIt also comes with:-Several jetty bumpersA folding anchorHose attachment to run the engines out of the waterSpare paint As you can see it's all done and ready to go and ready for a great summer on the water.Come and have a look for yourself.
