Shetland Boat

Shetland 525 boat for sale, canopy replaced about 18 months ago, interior cuddy upholstery has been recovered within the last year, there is a very slight leak on the hatch, as long as the cover is in place over the hatch it doesnt leak, the access door to the cuddy?? ( the bit where you can sit inside, sorry if thats not the right term) doesnt lock, a smaller drop down access hatch to the left of the access door has broken hinges which will need replacing.she has a very good 1.9 mariner outboard engine which has been serviced each years since i bought her, i have never had any trouble with the engine. I am selling because i have bought another boat and consequently i have neglected this one a bit, nothing a really good clean inside and out wouldnt put right.she is in Welford boat station welford upon avon she doesnt have a trailer.
