Kittiwake is a Shetland Family 4 and has served me well on inshore coastal and inland waterways. The Suzuki DF 50 Outboard Petrol engine is electric start and tilt and a new water pump impeller recently fitted and it always starts first time. New carpet fitted last season and the rear cockpit seats re-covered to supplement new helm and navigators seats. A new Houdini hatch was fitted two years ago and with a good pram hood canopy for cruising and tonneau cover for towing, she is a dry boat.She has a main battery and secondary leisure battery, navigation lights a DSC VHF and aerial,Horn and main isolation switch. Her paintwork is reasonable and if I kept her would perhaps look to change the saloon windows which are a little cloudy although they don't leak. I fitted a Raymarine Dragonfly 6 Sonar GPS Chart plotter with Down Vision and use a Mercury 2.5 hp 4 stroke as a spare but neither is included in the price unless negotiated.
