Shetland Family Four Cabin Cruiser

For sale is a Shetland Family Four cabin cruiser dating from the 1980s. For its age it is in good condition. Length 17ft 7in, beam 6ft 10in: this makes it suitable for use on narrow canals, but it is also fine for coastal cruising. Can sleep two in cabin and two children in cockpit. Cushions in cabin have been recovered in tweed.
Table with removable leg. Sink with cold water tap, cupboards. Canopy and sides are almost new. Yamaha 9.9 AEL outboard - plenty power for use on inland waters unless you want to plane the boat. Original fuel tank.
Has been used in fresh water. Two wheel EZloader breakback trailer - makes launching and recovery easy. You would have to collect the boat from the Isle of Lewis, which would add to transport costs. We happily used the boat on canals and lochs, but it has now been lying unused, under cover, for a couple of years so unfortunately I must let someone else use it.
