Shetland Kestral 18ft Cabin Cruiser Boat With 50 Hp Evenrude Outboard Engine

FOR SALE 1988 Shetland Kestral 18ft cabin cruiser with 50 hp evenrude outboard engine with remotes and electric start on galvanised trailer. I'm selling this boat on behalf of my father. It's currently located at Sankey Marina, Worcester Road, Evesham WR11 4TA. The vessel in exceptionaly clean condition inside and out. The hull is in original gel coat and retains a very good gloss finish all over.
The interior has had new upholstery with new foam for a very comfortable bed. Equipment includes:- Portable gas cooker Small sink with running cold water. portable toilet Navigation lights Bilge pump Hydraulic trim tabs (never used or tested by current owner) Interior lights Ropes Fenders Boat hook Anchor Vhf radio (not fitted) Fuel tank with gauge Spare 20 litre jerry can Full canopy Winter canopy Currently fitted is an 1985 50hp 2 stroke Evenrude outboard which has been very well maintained including new seals, bearings, impeller, oils etc, very reliable with electric start and dolphin wings which enables it to get up on the plane but happy on near tickover on rivers. Evenrude full workshop manual and service tools to strip gearbox etc. Also available is a used Suzuki DF 15, 15hp Four Stroke outboard, long shaft, electric start with remote control should a smaller engine be required.
Engine choice by discussion and agreement. The boat comes with a galvanised trailer with new tyres and winch and the outfit tows very well and is easy to slip and recover if required. 4 year Boat Safety Scheme Certificate expires on 11 April 2020 Purchased S/hand in June 2015 and used on River Avon at Evesham for a few months to access a private island before being taken out and stored on the hard. Now ready for anti-fouling and relaunch for new season. Only selling as already purchased a more suitable boat for my own updated requirements.
