Starcraft 1700 Bowrider Boat

Hi, this listing is for my Starcraft bowrider 17ft sports boat. I bought this boat in May 2016 from Plymouth Marine with two of my Friends. It has served us well and we have had some brilliant times with it. It is a reluctant sale but unfortunately we just do not get the time to use it. The boat is located in teignmouth where we launch and recover and wash/flush (not kept on a mooring) everytime we use it.

Due to the slip way we use, we only have a maximum of a 6 hour window (3 hours either side of high tide) in which we can use it. Therefore it has only ever been used for short wakeboarding/ skiing trips up the estuary. Rarely out to sea. It takes roughly £90 to fill up with petrol and normally lasts 2-3 sessions. When we bought the boat it had had a brand new engine fitted in 2015 and still had a years warranty (Have receipt to prove).

Due to being owned 3 ways it has had no expense spared... anything that has needed to be done, has been done! Serviced and winterised every winter and kept indoors through the winter months! The last service was end of October 2018, where we had various bits done also.... tappets adjusted and new temperature sensor. The engine has never missed a beat in 3 seasons. Since owning the boat we have upgraded all the speakers, this includes inside the boat and up on the tower.

We have installed a Garmin Striker gps fish finder.. brilliant bit of kit for planning routes and depth of sea bed (very important!) We have also fitted some artificial grass in the boat... this is Brilliant as the carpet is originally light grey and always looked dirty! (Feels great under your feet, not slippy) it is only cut to size so removable in 5 mins if not to taste. (Not glued or screwed at all) We have added a second wake rack to the tower so we can carry up to 4 toys/boards. We had the boat vinyl wrapped in may last year to freshen her up a bit... we went with metallic Black which looks amazing when the sun is shining on it. The original blue underneath was starting to fade lots and was letting the boat down.

Trailer is included in the sale. We replaced The axle in 2017 as the old one was about to collapse... it was replaced With a proper indespension marine axle. This included hubs and bearings etc. We also had new black canvas covers made last year as the old ones Had worn out... these are like brand new. I wouldn't like to add up what we have spent on her in the past 3 years but I would definitely not regret it one bit!
