Sometimes a little lumpy when starting when the outboard is cold, but as long as you get the choke in the right place it’s ok. Once the outboard is warm it starts instantly.Also included is a can of two-stoke oil, the muff for when you flush the outboard, tilt/trim oil, 5l petrol can.
