Well Craft Boat And Trailer

Hello Welcome to my auction. I have for sale a 20 foot well craft project boat on a very good trailer. As you can se by the pictures there is work to be done but the boat in my opinion is well worth the effort. It was originally an inboard V8 with outdrive but the previous owner butchered everything and spoilt the boat. There is now a new floor with under deck fuel tank.

The interior is nearly complete but there are items which may need to be made to complete the full interior build but it looks to be all there, however none of the interior is fitted the pictures show everything in place but not bolted up. The interior could do with a clean and possibly an upgrade but it is still all very serviceable. The forward cuddy has cushions and is a reasonable size. There is a forward hatch for bow access. I have had the transom hole filled and started to build and extension pod to take an outboard.

Sadly for me my health has changed and I am now unable to complete this project. The trailer which the boat sits on is in good condition and it has NOT been in the water. It is four wheeled with full braking system fitted which was all new 2 years ago and a new towing head which was an additional cost of £300. Newish heavy duty winch also fitted. The carrying capacity is two tons and the trailer tows superbly.

I towed it 300 miles to pick up the boat and it has not been towed since, only rolled back and forth to keep the bearing and brakes free. There are also two spare wheels and brand new tyres to go with it. The trailer has some surface rust but it is solid and very capable, it should carry a boat of around 25 feet easily. Please be aware the boat needs work. It looks grubby but will clean up nicely, I also have the polishing compound to go with the boat and a full cover which is elasticated to cover from bow to stern.

I paid £2000 for the trailer and £900 for the boat not counting the work that has been done after purchase. I will not split the boat from the trailer it needs to go as a unit. The boat is in Northumberland. I also have for sale separately a Yamaha 250hp V6 two stroke. Power T&T, loom, gauges, controls the lot.

It is being serviced now but will be listed on classifieds board later for £2450. It was bought for the boat but not fitted. Any questions please ask. Thanks for looking. Please no time wasters.
