Avon 4m Rib 30hp Yamaha

This is my dads much loved Avon 4.01m rib with Yamaha 30hp 2 stroke, excellent all round condition, the Yamaha outboard is super reliable, always been well looked after, flushed after every use, starts first time every time, manual pull start that keeps everything light weight and super simple.recently had a new propeller.Front built in locker gives a surprising amount of storage for anchor etc (anchor included), fuel tank stores under the console.Trailer is a galvanised snipe, recently had a new wheel and tyre, the suspension units are heavily corroded however it’s never bothered us as they are perfectly adequate to go to the beach and back but will need some tlc if travelling big distances regularly.Hull is very clean and tidy, tubes hold air well but do have some ver small patches on the underside, doesn’t effect performance in anyway but I’d prefer you to know about them. This is a great little boat that has been enjoyed by all the family and it will be sad to see it go, it’s very easy to launch and can be pushed in on your own, the 30hp engine will push it along at around 25knots even with 3/4 adults and will cruise happily at 20knots.Only reason for the sale is my dad now has a bigger boat, no rush to sell, No silly offers, this is a Genuine British built Avon Rib with a perfectly suited Yamaha engine.One point to note is there is no mechanism to hold the engine up when on the trailer, was like this when we got it, we have just used a piece of timber to block it up.Cash on collection only,No Reserve Happy bidding
