Motor Yacht 22ft, Yamaha 9.5hp, 4 Berth Boat.

4 berth ( 2 adult 2 children) boat with toilet, kitchen area. Bought this with intention of putting it in the water, previous owners gave a list of what to do that they recommended before it goes back in water (as its currently out makes sense to do them before it goes in) as i believe its a percy blandford design Hornblower boat. Has a good running yamaha outboard which has been mounted in the rear with matching fuel tank. Has connecting cables for a throttle lever etc to make it easier. Has what i believe is Nasa speed and depth computers.Comes with 27ft mast and all sails. Loads of extras and spares. Has solar panel and wind turbine. Loads of spare paint (as previous advised on coating the bottom before goes back in water) has some west systems epoxy to re-coat the bottom. Electric and manual bilge pumps.Il forget to put loads about it on here but any questions message me. Bought thinking i could make the time to use this along with a jetski and another boat. Didn't happen so time to sell. Its at priory marina in before and has storage until 30th september. If you dont put in water before end of that another 3 months storage is £177 i believe.They allow you to work on the boat on site and tbh dont see why couldnt just drop in water but i am no expert.
