Condition Description: 
In excellent condition, this 4.2m RIB was fitted with a new Yamaha 50HP four stroke engine in December 2021. The boat becomes available on the 15th August, by which time the engine will have done approximately 50 hrs. It has had the mandatory 20hr service, and from now on requires a routine 100hr or once a year service. A 3 year warranty starts from Dec 2021; all paperwork available. The engine was professionally mounted and has genuine Yamaha controls and fittings.The hull is in pristine condition. It has never been kept on a mooring. The tubes are undamaged, with no repairs or sunlight damage, and no leaks. There is a "get me home" 3.5HP Tohatsu outboard fastened in front of the console. A mounting bracket is stored in the fore locker, which can easily be slid into position on the transom at sea should it ever be needed. The same bracket together with a U-bolt on the other side of the transom can be used for tow lines for water skiing etc.

This good quality 4.2m Zodiac RIB has always been kept ashore under cover. The tubes and hull are in excellent condition. The new Yamaha four stroke 50HP engine is ideal for water skiing etc, speed planing, or quietly chugging along. There is a back-up 3.5HP two stroke Tohatsu engine mounted in front of the console where it causes no clutter. In case of need, under the fore-hatch is a mounting bracket which slides into place alongside the main engine.
On the other side of the main engine is a fixing point for a tow cord for water skiing etc.There is a flush muff for rinsing the engine after sea water use. The trailer has new wheels (Dec 2021) There is an SAS anti-theft wheel lock.The engine has a standard cut out cord to stop the motor running should the driver fall overboard. It will not start whilst in gear. There are two sets of keys, one with a float fob.Under the fore-hatch is an anchor, and good quality anchor or mooring rope. Beneath the main seat hatch is the battery, spare pre-mixed fuel for the spare engine, a fuel funnel and a pair of paddles.This size and style of Zodiac RIB's has proven seaworthy, versatile and fun.
It is easy to manage both on the water and on and off the trailer.
