Is this houseboat still for sale? - I am 68 yo male semi-retired and I need a very quiet place to write - is this a residential mooring as I would like to live somewhere like this all year around - if this houseboat is very cold in the winter then I could have a new eco houseboat built with exactly the same dimensions as this one - ecofloatinghomes.com can build a very beautiful bespoke single storey wooden houseboat that would blend in very beautifully here! However, it may be easier to retrofit this houseboat as it looks to be in nice condition - you can have compost toilets and Solar Panels and PV cells with storage batteries and many innovations these days but the mooring is most important to me - first and foremost peace and quiet is what I am looking for - thanks - Andy Webber
